Freedom and focus on the next goals

“During this lockdown we all tried to stay fit by inventing the most alternative workouts and turning various items in our home into tools for our exercises. But how much did we miss feeling the nature on our skins, seeing our favorite views and listening to the voices of our teammates? I’ve missed all of this a lot!”

On my first bike ride I had a feeling of extraordinary freedom. It was a long time that I did not appreciate my workouts this way. The same trainings that before quarantine I used doing for hours every day. I think that is the same for all the activities or habits that each of us had before the spread of COVID-19 and that with it have been stopped or drastically reduced.
What are the things you have missed the most in these two months? And above all, how did you feel the first time you could do them again?
